Im Text folgt Levin den einsamen, geheimnisvollen Muränen in die Tiefen der Meere, als schwimmende Liebende. Sie tragen das Gift für den jeweilig anderen in sich. Ist es eine toxische oder eine harmonische Beziehung? – Wahrscheinlich, wie immer, beides. Hätte „Wasser“ eine Farbe, wäre der Track von so einem tiefen Blau, dass er fast schon schwarz wirkt. Aber nur fast.
